Super Eagle Auto Care customer app

Need a person? Call (704) 599-1505 during opening hours, or email information@supereagleautocare.com. We answer app questions the same way we answer everything else — there is no separate support desk to get lost in.

What the app is

The Super Eagle Auto Care app shows you your own service records: every vehicle you have brought in, every invoice itemised, what we recommended and what is still outstanding, and the rewards and specials you have earned as our customer. It is only useful if you are a Super Eagle Auto Care customer — everything in it comes from your record at the shop.

“It cannot find my number”

The app finds you by the phone number we have on file. If it says it cannot find your number, we most likely have an older one for you. Call the shop, tell us the number you want to use, and we will update your record — the app picks it up on its own after that.

If you would rather not receive text messages, you can sign up with the email address we have on file instead. Consent to texts is never required to use the app.

“My code never arrived”

Sign-in codes are sent by text and usually arrive in a few seconds. If one does not:

“A car is missing, or one is not mine”

Your garage is built from the vehicles on your record at the shop. If a car is missing, it is missing from our records too — call and we will add it. If you see a car you have sold, open it and choose I no longer have it; its history stays on your account under Previous vehicles.

Notifications

The app can notify you when a new special is available or a reward is ready. It asks once and never again if you say no. You can change your mind at any time in your phone's settings, under Notifications, and the app follows whatever you set there.

Your account and your data

You can delete your app account at any time from the Profile tab, or from this page if you cannot get into the app. Deleting the app account does not delete your service history with the shop — those are business records we are required to keep.

What the app collects and why is set out in the privacy policy. The terms for text messages are on the message terms page.
