Delete your account
Super Eagle Auto Care customer app
Google Play requires a way to request account deletion from outside the app, so this page exists alongside the in-app option. Either route does the same thing.
The fastest way: in the app
Open the Super Eagle Auto Care app, go to your profile, and choose Delete my account. It takes effect immediately — there is nothing to wait for and nobody to email.
If you cannot get into the app
Contact Super Eagle Auto Care on (704) 599-1505, or email information@supereagleautocare.com, and ask for your app account to be deleted. Say which phone number or email address the account uses so it can be found. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your app account.
- The name, email address and password held by the app.
- Every session, on every device — you are signed out everywhere.
- Any sign-in codes still in flight.
What does not get deleted
The shop's service records for your vehicles remain. Repair orders, invoices and service history are Super Eagle Auto Care's business records, kept for warranty, tax and legal reasons. The app reads them through a connection that cannot change or remove anything, so deleting your app account has no effect on them.
Your phone number is kept in a deleted state rather than erased outright, so that if the number is later reassigned to somebody else, that person cannot register it and reach records that were never theirs. It is no longer usable to sign in.
To ask about the shop's own records, contact Super Eagle Auto Care directly — that is a separate request from deleting your app account.
Changed your mind?
Signing in again with the same number restores access to your vehicles and history. Old sessions stay revoked.
