Text Message Terms

Super Eagle Auto Care customer app · last updated 2 September 2026

Super Eagle Auto Care sends one kind of text message: a one-time passcode you asked for, so you can sign in to our customer app and see your own vehicles, service history, recommended work and invoices.

What you are agreeing to

When you type your mobile number on the app's sign-in screen and tap Text me a code, you are asking us to send a verification code to that number. That request is the consent, and it covers that request only. We never message a number unless its owner has just asked us to.

Message frequency

One message per sign-in request. There is no subscription, no recurring messaging, and no schedule — if you never ask for a code again, you will never hear from us by text again.

What we never send

No marketing, no promotions, no advertising and no automated reminders are sent on this number. Specials and rewards from the shop appear inside the app, where you choose when to look at them.

Cost

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan and carrier.

Your information

Your mobile number is used to send the code and to identify your customer record. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. What we collect and how to delete it is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
